I would not use gamers’ terminology. Those people are the other side of the same feminist coin. If so-called alphas were real men (see my category or articles under the heading “On real men”), instead of non-reproductive behavior they would be actively planning a revolution. Etiology, ontology, etc., it all tends to get somewhat busy with a concern that neither you nor I (nor anyone else for that matter who reads this exchange) will live to see the outcome of…whichever way it goes. One thing I am convinced of: there is about a 20-year window of opportunity to BEGIN to halt and reverse the decay. If it is missed, it is missed forever.
